How to Cancel Your Subscription

Step 1

Go to Account Settings or Billing by clicking on the person icon in the top right corner of the screen, and then selecting one of these options from the menu.

Step 2

You will see the Cancel Subscription button on the right beneath Billing History on the billing page or at the bottom of the Account Settings page.

Step 3

After clicking this button, please select the reason for your cancellation and click Submit.

Step 4

Confirm that you want to cancel you subscription.
